Bio:
Flood is a dj/promoter from north west London.
He comes from a very musical family and one of his first memories are of his father on his sound system playing ragga,rare groove and jazz which had a deep impression on him.
His brother also had a big influence on his path into getting started.
It was his older brother who introduced him to the sounds of techno, acid
and old skool,and by this time Flood was 8 years old.

In 98 aged 17 Flood got his first pair of decks and learnt how to mix
playing uk garage. Then with the money from his first job he would go to buy
garage, house and jungle records from bassline,blackmarket etc..
Now flood found his real love and passion for music.
He got himself on a pirate radio station playing garage under the name of relentless then branching into
jungle n drum n bass.

Flood got his first live experience playing on his brothers sound system around London and then started to do underground dnb raves.

He started producing by teaching himself and experimenting with other
Types of music to get use to using different programmes and methods

2006 flood joined internet radio station dubplates where he hosted 2 weekly shows.

Later in 2007 saw flood on phatbeats , planetdnb and sftershock. In 2008 he entered and won the Natural Talent events dj competion for a set club Hidden

2009 Flood was featured on Future-dnb web site in there section called 'In Session,' where they give away a chance for one DJ to gain some extra internet exposure as a featured DJ of the month. In Session #004 - Drum and Bass V Dubstep Along with a short Q&A

2010 He then enterted a mix to Ministry of Sound for there Dj Mix Competitions which offered the chance for
up and coming DJs to gain massive exposure to a wider audiance and would be judged by a panel of
professionals. His Midnght mix was selected as the winning mix.

DJ Flood is one of the owners of Oneblood Promotions, Oneblood Events and Subfusion Radio.
