How it works - The music player will link to the external MP3's you add.

To add large music files to Futurednb, your music must be hosted on another web server that provides a direct download link / Url, and this will usualy end in .mp3 unless your music is hosted on Soundcloud

An example of this would be :-

http://www.A-WEB-SITE.com/Folder/your-mix.mp3

An example from Soundcloud would be :-

http://www.Soundcloud.com/YourPage/MixTitle/download

Tip: For users with Windows PC. To find out a direct download link - If your music is hosted on yours or another website 'Right Click' on the download link and select 'Properties' you should see the 'Address: (URL)' this is the Direct link, try it here - Download.

If your music is hosted on Soundcloud Click here.

Once you have found the direct link to your music 'Right Click' on the download link and select 'Properties' then copy and paste that direct link on to the space provided.

If you can't hear the music playing, please edit your playlist, delete the entry and check that you have the correct link to your music.

Note: The player will only link to .mp3's not .wav's or music hosted from a file share network Eg: Sendspace, Megaupload, Yousendit etc... Any dead links found in the music player will be removed from the index.

Hosting your music on Futurednb.net - We can host your music directly on our site, the MAX File upload size is 20mb. If you would like to host your music on Futurednb just hit the 'Music' tab and click 'Uploader'.

Note: Please check your mp3 file size before trying to upload, any file over 20mb will not work - Upload Music

For DJ's with mixes 20mb or larger we suggest using Soundcloud.com or investing in your own server.
